Kerry is a ILM trained and qualified level 7 coach and mediator. She established Coach Forward with the intent of creating an organisation that recognised peoples skills and enabled them to do the work they love. She is also an experienced facilitator with expertise in culture reviews and delivery of leadership courses.  She lives her values and is passionate about equality.

Charlotte is an expert Quality Improvement associate with a credible history of supporting teams, using QI methods to seek continually sustainable improvements.  She is also an ILM qualified coach and mentor and an experienced facilitator of leadership and QI courses.
