I have been a trained coach for 10 years and truly found my calling in helping other people find theirs.

I also love to facilitate learning through delivery of leadership courses, active bystander training and action learning sets.

I am professionally registered with the CIPD and hold accredited  qualifications in International Human Resources, Organisational Development, Executive Coaching  and Workplace Mediation.

 I bring energy, empathy, and expertise to every single thing I do, using a  people-first approach.
