I’m Kerry, a coach, facilitator, and consultant with over 20 years’ experience across health and social care. I’m also a woman navigating midlife, grief, parenting, and the ongoing work of rebuilding strength. My professional life and personal journey are deeply intertwined; both rooted in helping people live and lead with authenticity.
As an executive coach and leadership consultant, I work across strategic and operational leadership, programme development, training and facilitation, workplace mediation, and organisational development. I bring both structure and soul to the spaces I work in.
My academic background includes a degree in Social Policy, a Master’s in Education and Leadership, a PGDip in International Human Resources and Organisational Development, and a Level 7 ILM qualification in Executive Coaching. I’m also an accredited Restorative Justice Facilitator and Workplace Mediator.
Coach Forward was born from a passion for people and from my own experience of navigating change, loss, and renewal. It’s about helping people see the power and beauty in showing up as their true selves, even when life feels uncertain.
I bring energy, empathy, and expertise to everything I do, using a people‑first approach that blends professional insight with lived experience.
My work is grounded in truth, compassion, and the belief that growth begins when we choose to show up fully and honestly.
Values-led: integrity, inclusivity, and impact are not just words; they form the foundation of my work.
Grounded professionalism: I bring a skilled and experienced approach, using deeply human-centred methods.
Clarity with kindness: I ask hard questions, challenge outdated norms, and support you to strive for better.
Substance over style: I believe that how it feels is more important than how it looks.
